Born the son of a well-respected agronomist, Anthony spent most of his youth accompanying his father on advisory excursions around rural Australia. He was immersed in sustainable farming from birth. His interest was not only intellectual as the family farm supplied the organic produce for his mother’s cooking which further inspired his eventual career specialising in regional cuisine.
